We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates. We hope to expand our shipping zones soon—stay tuned!

Next Day Delivery -Delivery within the UAE, including Dubai:

- Free for orders of 700 AED and above
- 22 AED delivery fee for orders below 700 AED
- Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for next-day dispatch

4-Hour Express Delivery - Dubai only:

- Free for orders of 700 AED and above
- 35 AED delivery fee for orders below 700 AED
- Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM

Additional Notes:

Delivery times may vary slightly based on order volume, weather, or courier availability.
Express delivery is available for selected areas within Dubai only.
We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In case of delays or failed deliveries, our team will contact you to reschedule.

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
A return fee of 22 AED will apply to all approved returns.
Refunds will be issued once the return is received and inspected.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In some cases — such as when a partial refund or return fee deduction is required, we may issue refunds via bank transfer. You will be contacted by our customer service team to provide your bank details securely.

How to request a return:

Contact our customer service team via our Contact Form or on WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you on how to pay the return fee and then arrange a pickup or share drop-off instructions depending on your location.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
